At my very foundation, I had no idea who I was on the inside or how to actually care for myself. I was so busy giving my energy away to others, that I eventually burned out. All of these things led me down a path of self-discovery, as I worked to uncover my authentic self and fill my own cup.
My journey of self-discovery led me to start coaching other women who struggle with the same things., so that you can reclaim your authentic self and create the life of your dreams.
